All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. Real Money does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, it will be returned and any transaction costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. The account in question may also be suspended while an investigation is conducted.
Real Money is committed to processing all valid withdrawals as quickly as possible. We understand that waiting for your winnings is the last thing you want to do.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes after the request has been received and verified. Withdrawals exceeding RM500 may require additional identity verification before processing. Withdrawals requested between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. may experience slight delays and will be processed during the next business hours.
The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit for regular members is RM10,000. VIP Silver members and above enjoy higher withdrawal limits based on their membership tier. There are no monthly withdrawal limits for VIP Platinum and Diamond members.

The bonus must be claimed within the specified period — typically 7 days after the qualifying deposit.
